Brad Pitt, 62, is in love, he’s working non-stop, and he’s finally legally single. But according to multiple sources close to the actor, one thing is off the table for good: a third walk down the aisle.

“He’s very happy with Ines, he enjoys the peace and support of his easygoing girlfriend,” a friend told the Daily Mail this month. “But marriage is not on the cards. Friends say they can’t see him getting married again or having more children.”

Pitt has been dating jewelry designer Ines de Ramon, 34, since late 2022. The couple made their red-carpet debut at the Venice Film Festival in 2024, moved in together in Los Feliz in early 2025, and were photographed last week holding hands at the Monaco Grand Prix. Insiders describe the relationship as “low-drama, adult, and private” — the exact opposite of his last marriage.

The shadow of Angelina

Pitt and Angelina Jolie married in 2014 after 10 years together, filed for divorce in 2016, and finally finalized the divorce in December 2024 — eight years later.

In his first comments to GQ in May 2025, Pitt called the legal end “not a major thing, just something coming to fruition legally,” but admitted the constant media attention had been “annoying.”

Privately, sources say the wound runs deeper. Friends claim Jolie’s “campaign of alienation” has left Pitt estranged from five of their six children — Maddox, 24, Pax, 22, Zahara, 21, Shiloh, 19, and the twins Knox and Vivienne, who turn 18 in July.

Pitt has reportedly made multiple attempts to reconnect, but the relationship “remains strained and emotionally taxing,” one source said. Zahara notably dropped “Pitt” from her name at her Spelman College graduation this month; Pitt was not present.

“That has caused him a lot of heartbreak,” the source told OK! Magazine. “He carries a deep emotional weight from it.”

The former couple are still fighting over Château Miraval, their French vineyard, in a separate lawsuit.

Why no wedding?

Those close to Pitt say it’s not about Ines — it’s about history.

1. He’s done with courts. Eight years of custody battles and legal filings have made him allergic to contracts.
2. He’s protecting peace. With de Ramon, he has what he calls “a normal life” — cooking at home, motorbikes, and no press releases.
3. He’s a father of six. Even estranged, Pitt says he won’t “start another family” while his first one is still fractured.

“He’s not cynical about love,” an insider told Entertainment Now. “He’s just realistic. He had the big Hollywood marriage twice. He doesn’t need the paper.”

What now?

Pitt is focused on work — his Formula 1 film F1, produced with Lewis Hamilton, premieres in June 2026, and he’s filming a David Fincher thriller in the fall. He and Ines were recently house-hunting in Santa Barbara, but friends insist it’s for “a quiet base, not a wedding venue.”

For a man once half of “Brangelina,” the biggest tabloid couple on earth, the new Brad Pitt is almost boring — and that’s exactly how he likes it.

As one longtime friend put it: “He’s happy. He’s in love. He’s just not going to sign anything ever again.”
